by Andrew Dury, London, 1761. This charming miniature copperplate image of India, Ceylon and the Maldivas is delicately hand colored in outline. It shows nice detail of mountains, waterways, coastlines, islands and interior boundaries. Map is in good condition with faint age toning. Image measures 4 3/4″x 4″.
